I am BACP accredited psychotherapist working from a constructivist and person centred approach.

I have worked as a psychotherapist for more than ten years in both the public health and charity sectors in Chile and Spain.

In the UK I have worked as a psychotherapist in charity organizations carrying out individual and group psychotherapy, workshops and clinical supervision covering themes such as stress, trauma, post traumatic stress, work related stress, domestic violence, abuse, low self esteem, anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, low self confidence and fertility issues, among others.

Since 2006 I have specialised in Understanding Trauma and worked as the Counselling and Psychotherapy Service Manager and Senior Counsellor for different charity organizations supporting women and men survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, refugees and asylum seekers.

In my private practice I deliver individual psychotherapy for adults and clinical supervision in English and Spanish.
